Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to provide and use them to answer your message.

Our hosting systems create routine logs that may include an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. Aggregate log data helps us maintain the service and see which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may also support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How We Use Information
We use this limited information to operate the site, diagnose errors, assess traffic, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor assemble individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, Snohomish County and Washington offices, library collections, and outside search services. Information submitted after following a link is controlled by that service's privacy policy. The same applies to sponsored search results, which an independent provider delivers.
Who May Process Data
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Safeguard Data
An encrypted connection serves the site. Server logs are retained only as long as operational needs require. Because visitors do not create accounts, we hold no site password or account profile for them.
Visitors Under 18
